Why you should use the dashboard?
This dashboard provides a full snapshot of incoming and open maintenance requests – including delayed cases (not resolved within 7 days). It also shows recent reports, area distribution, and upcoming move-ins to help you allocate resources where they are most needed.
Warranty-related issues are excluded from the main data to provide an accurate view of standard operations, but can be reviewed separately.
Hints!
Start Monday meetings by reviewing open and delayed cases by district.
Compare maintenance request volume with upcoming move-ins to assess where backup may be needed.
Revisit “Other” as a category – should some cases be reclassified for proper follow-up?
Use the number of work orders as a weekly workload indicator.
Create shared understanding in the team so technicians can support each other across areas.
