Why you should use the dashboard?
It lists all leases entering the renegotiation window from the current month and the next 6 months. You get scope (count, m²), contracted annual rent and contracted annual rent/m², a month-by-month view, a split by region, and a sortable contract table. The goal is to give a last action window: trigger termination or negotiation in time and push rent where the upside is highest.
Hints!
Prioritize “low SEK/m²”: sort the table by contracted rent/m² ascending → start where the gap to target/market is largest.
Work the deadlines: filter to the nearest month and ensure notices/mandates are sent on time per clause.
Segment by area/type to pick the right pricing play (index + uplift, stepped rent, incentives/fit-out).
