It includes key metrics such as total sorting rate (R12) and waste quantities per object, along with graphs showing distribution and changes over time. Water Usage Change provides an overview of how water consumption has changed over time across various properties. Users can observe trends in water usage, compare changes between properties, and analyze which properties have experienced the largest increases or decreases. Produced Energy provides an overview of how much energy has been generated in a property, allowing comparisons with the same period from the previous year. It shows the performance of properties in terms of energy production, which may include solar panels, wind turbines, or other energy sources. Users can view the total amount of energy produced per property and identify trends and changes in production over time. This dashboard helps property owners track the efficiency of their energy-producing systems and assess whether they are meeting expectations, as well as identify potential for increased production.

Planned Energy Optimizations is designed for those who want to implement energy optimizations on properties where they have the greatest potential to positively impact both the economy and the environment. Here, users can identify properties with high energy usage per Atemp and high utility costs, making them prime candidates for optimizations. The dashboard also shows upcoming planned energy optimizations, allowing users to consider advancing certain measures if they can yield faster returns.

It presents total energy (kWh) split into electricity/heat, reported as absolute, R12 and per m². You get a time trend, year-over-year comparison, and a property benchmark table. The aim is to surface abnormal patterns, separate price vs volume effects, and prioritise actions (controls, schedules, technology, procurement) where impact is highest.
