Users can compare water usage between properties in a comparable manner to identify those with the highest consumption, enabling actions to reduce water usage. The dashboard also displays trends over time and includes water consumption costs, providing a comprehensive view of water usage and its financial impact. This overview helps property owners and managers identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and develop better practices for managing water consumption.

This dashboard provides a detailed overview of the volume of mixed waste for post-sorting by property and over time. It visualizes the quantities using graphs and tables to identify properties with high levels of waste. The dashboard enables the analysis of trends and highlights properties requiring action, making it easier to target initiatives effectively. The long-term goal is to reduce mixed waste volumes, contributing to both lower costs and improved sustainability.

Green Leases allows you to track the square meters covered by green leases, both currently and over time, as well as their proportion of the total rentable area. Users can also view all green leases and their structures, providing deeper insight into how sustainability is integrated into lease agreements.
