The dashboard provides an overview of planned maintenance over the next 10 years, focusing on estimated costs per year, property, type, and category. It also shows the total estimated cost for the coming 10 and 50 years, as well as cost per square meter (BOA+LOA and BTA). This enables managers to present a well-grounded picture of upcoming actions, planning needs, and financial impact both short- and long-term. It also includes a clear visualization of the maintenance backlog – costs that should have been addressed but remain outstanding – to highlight risk and need for action.

This dashboard provides a full snapshot of incoming and open maintenance requests – including delayed cases (not resolved within 7 days). It also shows recent reports, area distribution, and upcoming move-ins to help you allocate resources where they are most needed. Warranty-related issues are excluded from the main data to provide an accurate view of standard operations, but can be reviewed separately.
