Users can also view the best possible handling time if open work orders are closed today. By filtering for a specific month, users can identify which work orders remain open, allowing them to prioritize the right work orders and ensure service guarantees are met.

This dashboard provides a full snapshot of incoming and open maintenance requests – including delayed cases (not resolved within 7 days). It also shows recent reports, area distribution, and upcoming move-ins to help you allocate resources where they are most needed. Warranty-related issues are excluded from the main data to provide an accurate view of standard operations, but can be reviewed separately.

Users can view the number of pending inspections month by month, both looking forward and backward. This allows for identifying overdue inspections and planning for upcoming ones.
