Climate Impact allows users to track different scopes and categories according to the GHG Protocol. This dashboard enables you to study climate impact at the company-wide level or drill down to specific properties. You can also observe changes and trends over time, helping to analyze and compare carbon emissions and other environmental factors.

Planned Energy Optimizations is designed for those who want to implement energy optimizations on properties where they have the greatest potential to positively impact both the economy and the environment. Here, users can identify properties with high energy usage per Atemp and high utility costs, making them prime candidates for optimizations. The dashboard also shows upcoming planned energy optimizations, allowing users to consider advancing certain measures if they can yield faster returns.

Green Leases allows you to track the square meters covered by green leases, both currently and over time, as well as their proportion of the total rentable area. Users can also view all green leases and their structures, providing deeper insight into how sustainability is integrated into lease agreements.

It presents total energy (kWh) split into electricity/heat, reported as absolute, R12 and per m². You get a time trend, year-over-year comparison, and a property benchmark table. The aim is to surface abnormal patterns, separate price vs volume effects, and prioritise actions (controls, schedules, technology, procurement) where impact is highest.

Water Usage Comparison allows users to track and analyze water consumption by property, both in total and relative to heated area (R12). Users can compare water usage between properties in a comparable manner to identify those with the highest consumption, enabling actions to reduce water usage. The dashboard also displays trends over time and includes water consumption costs, providing a comprehensive view of water usage and its financial impact. This overview helps property owners and managers identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and develop better practices for managing water consumption.
