Why you should use the dashboard?

By integrating information about vacancy times with the number of vacant properties, you can gain a more detailed understanding of why vacancy times vary between different areas and properties. This can be useful for identifying areas that have a higher percentage of vacant properties but shorter vacancy times, or vice versa.
Hints!
Integrating both vacancy times and number of vacant objects in the same graph gives a fairer picture of the property portfolio's performance. It prevents a high vacancy time for a single object from being misleadingly interpreted as general poor performance, as it may be the case that only one object is vacant.
