Vacancy time
The dashboard gives you the opportunity to carefully analyze the vacancy times between different areas, properties and over time. By including the key figure "Number of vacant properties" in the graphs, misleading representations are avoided and a more comprehensive picture of vacancy trends is provided.

Why you should use the dashboard?
By using this dashboard, you can observe patterns and trends in the vacancy times between different areas and properties as well as over time periods. By integrating information about vacancy times with the number of vacant properties, you can gain a more detailed understanding of why vacancy times vary between different areas and properties. This can be useful for identifying areas that have a higher percentage of vacant properties but shorter vacancy times, or vice versa.
Hints!
Integrating both vacancy times and number of vacant objects in the same graph gives a fairer picture of the property portfolio's performance. It prevents a high vacancy time for a single object from being misleadingly interpreted as general poor performance, as it may be the case that only one object is vacant.
