Our story starts with Kevin being too lazy to walk down to the laundry room.
He built a booking app and pulled Love into it. When they started pitching it to property companies, they ran into something unexpected – the industry had no real grip on its own data. No easy access to information, no overview, no answers. A new idea took shape.
That discovery has driven everything we've built since. We started by giving the industry a way to bring all their data together in one place. Then a way to actually see and explore it. Then standardized metrics, so everyone speaks the same language in their followup and analysis. Today we help property companies align their entire operation around the same goals – with KPI trees and hands-on activities to move the needle.
What's next? We're working around the clock on what everyone actually wants: surfacing improvements automatically, before you even think to ask. Powered by AI.
