A guide to a climate-smart office
A company's environmental aspects can be complex to specify, but starting small is easy.
Energy consumption, recycling, responsible purchasing, sustainable food and drink and environmentally friendly travel are something that everyone can do. A landlord should introduce a new tenant for sustainability when moving in. At the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation, for example, there is a free guide on how to kick-start with an environmentally friendly office:
"For us, sustainability has always been important. Previously, we belonged to an incubator where we could not influence the environmental aspects to such an extent or isolate our impact from other tenants. Now with our own office, we can become clearer with our sustainability work and we start with a climate-smart office.
