Homepal in collaboration with WSP to visualize real estate data
WSP is now launching the DeDU Insights service in collaboration with Homepal. This means an reinforcement of the property information in WSP's DeDU software with clear, visual dashboards from Homepal.
DeDU is a comprehensive technical property system that supports property owners with increased efficiency, better control and safer priorities while driving sustainability efforts in the right direction. With DeDU Insights, WSP and Homepal want to simplify the ability of real estate customers to access the information, make analyzes and draw correct conclusions from their data.
"Today, digital tools are an absolute minimum for real estate owners who want to be
competitive in the market. As a software provider, we need to offer intuitive
tools that support our customers in meeting the requirements for efficiency, sustainability and security in today's rapidly changing real estate industry. The collaboration with Homepal means a powerful improvement for our customers." – Håkan Sahlberg, Group Manager at WSP.
In Homepal, customers can search for answers to, for example:
Which properties consume the most energy per square meter?
What type of errors are most common in my properties?
Do our hired maintenance contractors keep their agreed-upon set-up times?
"We are pleased to partner with WSP and their product DeDU to create an even more valuable offering for our joint customers. With DeDU Insights, customers will be able to go from gut feeling to making informed decisions about their property management based on data."
Rasmus Persson, CEO of Homepal.
