Why you should use the dashboard?
Task Management Momentum provides a clear overview of how the task load changes over time. Momentum is calculated by subtracting completed tasks from newly registered tasks for a specific period. Positive momentum indicates that more tasks are being registered than completed, which could signal an increasing workload. By tracking momentum by area or executor, you can identify early on which areas or individuals may need additional support or resources to handle the rising task load.
