Our methodology combines data collection, needs analyses, implementation, and continuous optimization.

Step 1: Data Collection and Needs Analyses

• Integration of your systems with Homepal – we establish a direct connection to your data.

• Needs analyses with three pilot participants – we recommend (but can adjust based on your needs):

  • Controller

  • Property/Real Estate/Area Manager

  • Leasing Manager

Step 2: Setup and Rollout

• Dashboards are built based on the needs analyses.

• Each solution’s target audience receives training and tests dashboards with real data.
