Applicants in Queue measures how many individuals are registered in the housing queue at a given point in time. The metric includes all active applicants, whether they have expressed interest in a specific unit or only maintain general preferences. It therefore reflects overall demand pressure on the portfolio.

Queue Position for Lease Agreements shows the tenant’s position in the housing queue when a lease was allocated. The metric is based on the queue’s prioritization rules and reflects how far up in the queue the tenant was at the time of signing. This makes it possible to analyze how waiting time translates into actual lease allocations.

The KPI shows the average number of purchase points that a person or an interested party must have in a housing queue to be allocated a rental property during a specified time period. By measuring the average number of purchase points required, one can assess the competitive situation and the requirements to secure leases. It also provides insights into how the housing queue works and whether there is a need to adjust queue rules or priority criteria to make the process fairer or more efficient.

Average Queue Points for Expressions of Interest shows how many queue points a typical interested applicant has for a specific type of unit, such as "3-bedroom apartment" or "student housing in area X." The metric is calculated across all active expressions of interest in the housing queue and reflects the queue time required to be competitive for a given unit type. This provides a picture of how tough competition is within different segments of the portfolio.
