Ulrika Thorildsson, property manager at Heba, talks about her collaboration with Homepal and how the system helps them easily clarify key figures. With smooth integration and access to dashboards from other industry players, the start-up has been easy - and they don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Fredrik Melander, manager and PropTech coordinator at Heba, shares how Homepal helps him visualize key figures for smoother financial follow-up with his team. With Homepal, he can quickly identify which accounts and properties require extra focus – something that was previously hard to see in their financial software. Now it is much easier to analyze and act.

Implementing Homepal requires very little time from your IT department compared to many other systems. Christoffer Greijer, IT and digitalisation manager at Enköpings Hyresbostäder, explains how he spent a couple of hours on the Homepal implementation. He compares the simple implementation with other systems that required several weeks of work and took several months due to long lead times. In addition, he sees it as positive that Homepal shows what the customer can and should show for key figures, instead of the customer having to figure this out himself, including how key figures should be displayed and calculated.
