Be part of shaping the next step in Homepal's AI development
Large parts of property management are documented in free text – especially in case descriptions. This is where important information is hidden: about what is broken, where security is lacking and how we can avoid unnecessary costs. With AI-based classification, we make this text structured and useful – so you can make better decisions, faster.

What are we testing?
In a first phase, we focus on three concrete areas of use:
Cause of the problem: Which units, spaces and components create the most operational disruptions and
additional costs?Water leaks: How do we identify leak-related issues in time – for better prioritization of planned
maintenance?Security: Which issues affect perceived security – for example, graffiti, lighting or
vandalism – and where do they occur?
How the test group works
We are now inviting a limited number of customers to a closed test group where we will together validate,
improve and further develop the function before a wider launch.
You get:
Access to AI-generated data points directly in Homepal
Support to analyze real cases in your properties
Be involved and influence how the solution is designed
Together we evaluate:
Precision: How well the AI's suggestions match manual classification
Usage: How often AI segments are used in dashboards and analyses
Benefit: Perceived effect in decision-making and prioritization
Example of what it looks like:
Case description: “The stairwell lighting is broken – it's completely dark in the evenings.”
Generated data points:
Space: Stairwell
,Safety category: Lighting
Effect:
Identify safety problems in the right area
Prioritize the right measures
Follow up on the effect of the measures on the tenants' experience
Would you like to be involved?
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI development in property data – and
influence what the next generation of decision support in Homepal will look like.
