Our newly revamped detail view has undergone a complete transformation, designed with user feedback in mind to boost usability and data precision. Originally created for troubleshooting, this view has now evolved to meet the increasing need for detailed data insights when anomalies are detected. Now every column is carefully curated, allowing administrators to customize which metrics to display, tailored specifically to your organization. As a user, you can also personalize the order and content of columns, making decisions simpler before exporting data to Excel. We’re excited to bring you an optimized, in-depth view that supports clearer, faster data validation and decision-making!

Now you who build a dashboard can easily choose whether the pie chart should show number, percentage - or both parts. This flexibility allows you to increase the clarity of specific use cases and get exactly the insights you need!

Now you can see key figures per rented area, which gives a fairer measure for statistics that are affected by the rental rate. For key figures such as tenant energy, where a property can look worse the more we rent out, this measurement method offers a solution. By using rented space instead, we can follow up on results without being negatively affected by an increased rental rate - so you can measure and value your successes in the right way.

With our new KPIs for rental savings, you get a clear overview of the total extent of the rental debt and its development over time. You can break down the information by area, property, or even by individual leases. By diving deep into tenant balances, you gain insight into past due rent, incomplete payments, and details by tenant and property.

Previously, it was possible to work in and edit a dashboard at the same time. Now, you will need to switch to Edit Mode to make changes.

In the past, they have been used to display numbers, such as the number of vacant properties. But now you can click on the number in the KPI box to get a deeper insight and directly see details about which objects it is about.
