Head of Sales
Homepal is looking for a senior sales manager who combines leadership with their own sales work. The role includes responsibility for developing and leading sales at Homepal, while also being involved in the sales process yourself. You will create structure, drive growth, and lay the foundation for a scalable and high-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities
Own responsibility for prospecting, booking meetings, customer meetings, and closing deals
Implement working methods and processes for scalable sales
Actively contribute to building and coaching a sales team characterized by a culture of high energy and team spirit
Ensure ongoing follow-up of pipeline, targets, and forecasts
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to increase conversion and customer value
Represent Homepal in customer dialogues, industry forums, and other sales-related contexts

Short-term goals (0–6 months)
Establish structure, pace, and control in sales
Build a predictable and sufficiently large pipeline, with a clear rhythm in new customer acquisition and follow-up
Close deals yourself, while establishing working methods, messages, and processes
Introduce structures for follow-up, reporting, and forecasts that provide management with ongoing insight and a basis for decision-making
Lay the foundation for a scalable sales team, including roles, working methods, and requirements profile
Analyze and identify concrete areas for improvement to increase conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle
Long-term goals (6–18 months)
Scale sales with quality and speed
Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with clear processes, responsibilities, and goals
Implement and drive concrete initiatives that have been proven to increase conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle
Ensure that sales are predictable, scalable, and sustainable over time
Contribute to establishing Homepal as the obvious choice in Sweden within its segment, through clear positioning and consistent sales efforts

Requirements
Experience
At least five years of documented experience in B2B sales with very strong results
Experience from the real estate industry or SaaS is a plus
Experience in building structures or leading parts of a sales team, formally or informally
Experience driving complex deals with multiple stakeholders
Competencies
Very good ability to drive the entire sales process independently
Strong ability to engage and develop a team towards
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to represent the company in a trustworthy manner

Travel: Occurs 1-2 times per month.
